"I own a 2002 Vrod which I bought from Hals Harley Davidson in New Berlin. Needless to say I did not enjoy that buying experience, but it was my first bike and did not know any better. I then started to frequent The House of Harley on Layton Avenue. I bought parts and other items there because I did not wish to deal with Hals. Recently I decided I would like to purchase a new motorcycle. I was very interested in a Street Glide. I went to the House of Harley and talked with a salesperson and also a financial person. They did not seem very interested in working with me towards purchasing this motorcycle. My uncle recently purchased a used Sportster from Dawn at your dealership. My father and my uncle could not stop talking about how wonderful she was and how wonderful your staff treated them. I met with Dawn on Friday to fill out a credit application. She was wonderful. Myself and my father of course had a lot of questions which Dawn was able to answer or find an answer. She worked very hard to make our experience very enjoyable. She told us Jeff, your financial person, was on vacation and would be back on Monday. On Monday they contacted us with a problem with my credit. We went to your dealership and talked with Jeff. We were told that Jeff was working on about 12 different deals at the time. We showed up at your dealership around 5pm and Jeff spent the next 2 hours explaining my credit report, and answering our questions. We also spoke with the sales manager I believe his name was Jason. Your staff went above and beyond to work with me to purchase a motorcycle. I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service the staff displayed. Jeff had many other bikes to make delivery and he still made time for us. Dawn, Jeff, and Jason worked extremely hard to make this a happen and even called the owner to help with the situation. Dawn also introduced me to other people that work in the dealership to give it more of a personal touch. I never expected that and had never had that done for me before. It was outstanding and made me feel more at home. I can now say I am the proud owner of a 2008 Harley Davidson Street Glide. Thank you Dawn, Jason, and Jeff. And thank you Milwaukee Harley. There are dealerships that are closer to my house, but I will now be going to your dealership for all my motorcycle needs and of course wants. I belong to a motorcycle group called fire and iron which consists of firefighters who enjoy riding together. I will be recommending your dealership to all of them and also my many friends who ride. "Please, I need some advice. I have an 06 deuce that has had dealer instaled screaming eagle parts I have an exstended waranty until 09 the motor has had a catostrophic failure. The dealer it is at says it is not covered under warranty and so does rep is this standard on all installed screaming eagle parts? I did buy bike used have all reciepts and all service has been done. Has 4700 mi on it. any advice stranded with out bike and big bill coming."

"Since 1991, I have had the pleasure of buying 3 Harleys from MHD. My first Harley I bought from MHD, the dealership was located on Fond Du Lac Ave. My latest bike I bought from MHD was a '07 FLHRSE Roadking. During all of these years, we have traveled from Washington State to MHD. The entire staff has remained committed to provide great customer service. The family atmosphere at MHD is one of many reasons why my wife Linda and I have continued to buy our Harleys from MHD. We can always count on them from the minute we walk in the door to the minute we leave the dealership, to be treated like a friend of the family. "I purchased my last bike from you and have always made Milwaukee Harley my dealer of choice for parts, accessories, repairs and even winter storage. I have two son's and my yongest (17) wanted to start riding with me this summer. We signed him up for you riders edge class which ended on 5/21/2007. My son really liked the class and we both feel it was a very worthwhile experiance for him. I was however, very disappointed in the processing of the paperwork from the class. This moring my son and I went to the DMV when they opened at 9 am. My son passed his written test and proceeded to the counter for his new drivers license at 9:30 when he was told that the "Motorcycle Skills Waiver Authorization" form he received from you was invalid and could not be used as the DOT insructor number of 6465 was not valid in their system. We were told that he needed to get a new form from the driving instructor. We then stopped back at your dealership at 10:00 am this morning and spoke with Barb who provided us with the correct instructor number of 6454 but was unable to provide us with a new form, she informed us that the preprinted waiver authorization number on the form Adam recieved was already tied to his SSN. Barb did apologize and said that she was aware that the wrong instructor number was on all of the forms for the class Adam participated in. We took the form with the correct number back to the DMV and were told that they could not use an "altered form". I informed the window person at the DMV that Milwaukee Harley could not issue a new form and at this point I was told we would need to talk to a waiver supervisor in Madison. My son and I waited at the DMV from 10:20 until 11:15 for a supervisor from Madison to approve the change on the form for us. Bottom line: Everything has been resolved and Adam is now riding proud with a cycle license. My underlying frustration is why nobody from your dealership who has our home phone, email, and home address contacted us with the correct form information prior to us taking it to the DMV and getting caught up in their red tape and their typical run around. " Rear brake pads gave out yesterday. Called the dealership and told them I was going on a trip in a few days and I wanted the pads replaced/looked at. Told me to come in that same day. Got there at 1 PM and left at 2 PM with new pads on the bike. Did not ask to have it done right away but the guys in service offered. Do not know if this was a common practice but I sure appreciated it as I had a vacation day and time.In todays busy world and lack of time it sure is nice to be treated that way. "

"My husband and I spent several weeks shopping the St. Louis area HD dealers for a new 2006 FLHTCUI to no avail. We simply could not find a dealership where we were comfortable and the markups on the bikes were really high. Fortunately for us, we have family in Milwaukee and a friend of theirs had recently bought a new bike from Kelly at Milwaukee HD. After exchanging a brief e-mail with Kelly, I stopped in last September to see the dealership...Kelly and everyone else made me feel so at home, even though I was not a Harley owner and not even from Milwaukee...I couldn't wait to tell my husband Rich about the wonderful dealership I had found. Needless to say, after several more e-mails and long distance calls to Kelly and Tony we picked up our new bike in Milwaukee on November 16. " Got a leak fixed 5 months ago and it came back. Also dropped bike and bent bars. Bike was picked up by shop. The leak was fixed, some other things needed to be done which were missed the first time,such as a high spot on primary cover was milled down, and a different gasket material was used as the original replacement did not work. The handlebars were not bent but the controls needed to be readjusted and I was called to make sure everything fit me. Saved a ton of money and the shop stood behind the work done the first time and made sure it was done right the second time. Am I satisfied, YOU BET.Will I come back OF COURSE! "

"Just wanted to say thank you to your parts department and service team for going the extra mile to get us back on the road. On September 17th we were on our way out to Tomahawk when one of the bikes in our group broke down on the freeway. I rode to your dealership to pickup a battery cable for the broken down bike. Your parts department did not have the cable in stock so they started calling the other dealers checking there inventory. No cable to be found in town. This is when I believe the service department started to get involved, with some thought from both departments they fabricated a cable that could work. After installing the new cable to a temporary ground we got the bike off the freeway and rode to your dealer ship and pulled up to your service department. Someone came right out I did not get the name. He stopped what ever he was doing and wired the bike correctly. 2 hours in all and we were back on the road. Thanks again"
