Office Manager, Barb Krinn ~ Hi, My name is Barb Krinn and I've been the Office Manager since October 2006. I was in the Automotive Industry for 20 years before I was introduced to my first experience in working at, as my brother in law calls it, "A TOY STORE". While most of my day to day responsibilities keep me in the office and away from "all the fun", I assure you that every opportunity I get, I'm in the showroom meeting our customers or helping everyone out to make sure that your visit to Milwaukee Harley-Davidson is both a memorable one and that when you leave, we have met or exceeded your expectations. I have been married to my husband Mike since 1988. I'm currently pursuing my Accounting degree, and when I'm not at work or doing home work, you can usually find me running or on my bike.

For the last couple of years I was the Assistant Special Event Coordinator at the World Famous Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville, TN.

Service & P&A Manager, Rich Johnson ~ My name is Richard Johnson, the Service Manager here at Milwaukee Harley-Davidson. I was in the auto business for 20 years before I had the opportunity to become involved with the thing I enjoy the most, the motorcycle business. For the last 12 years, I have been in the motorcycle business and in that time I have worked on bikes, built bikes, sold bikes, and best of all rode bikes. For more than 40 years I have enjoyed both long and short road trips with my friends and fellow riders. When I was younger, the movie Easy Rider came out and at that time I knew that some day I would have to take a long ride on a cycle. In 1976 I had my opportunity to do just that. A good friend and I bought brand new 1976 Harley-Davidson® Bicentennial Super Glide® bikes (FXE's), we quit our jobs and went on a road trip across the U.S.A. Well that's a whole other story, stop in some time and I will tell you all about it. Next time you need something done on your bike come in and see me at Milwaukee Harley-Davidson I am sure we can fix what ever is wrong!
