The consistent quality of goods and services delivered to the customers of MHD will ultimately ensure the continued survival and level of success for the company. We must treat the customers honestly, fairly, and with sincere friendliness.
We also believe that this can be attained when all employees treat each other with honesty, fairness and respect. That same treatment is expected from all employees toward the owners, management, company policies and even the facility. Each employee must learn and continue business-related training and education.
This philosophy can be reality if each of us communicates openly and thoroughly amongst each other…and as teammates! Otherwise, it is only a flimsy theory.
As a team, we will work together long hours every week. It is therefore expected that we respect each other as we are all trying our hardest to do our assigned jobs to the fullest of our individual capacity. There really is no room for a “that’s not my job” attitude. All of us must take responsibility for our actions and the end result of those actions.
